Spase is a skilled criminal defence lawyer with a strong commitment to safeguarding the rights of his clients. While Articling at Karapancev Law, Spase gained essential experience in various facets of criminal law, including negotiating with the Crown, drafting motions, developing bail strategies, and preparing sentencing submissions. His broad expertise enables him to adeptly navigate a wide range of criminal cases while always aiming for the most favorable results. Spase believes that every person is entitled to the greatest defence available, and he is committed to fully exploring and pursuing every avenue in his clients’ cases.

Spase was awarded his Hon. B.A. with distinction from the University of Toronto after studying ethics, society and law. He then studied law at the University of Ottawa, where he was awarded a Juris Doctor degree with distinction. In his spare moments, Spase enjoys exploring the outdoors with his dog while finding peace and inspiration in nature.
