Josh is a criminal defence lawyer dedicated to providing excellent legal representation. He believes strongly in criminal justice and works hard ensuring fair treatment in the criminal justice system. He has experience working on a wide range of cases and obtaining excellent results for our clients.

He found his passion for criminal law while completing an externship with the Crown Attorney’s Office during his law school studies. Josh completed his articles with Karapancev Law, during which time he gained invaluable experience assisting with pre-trial motions, trials, bails, sentencing, and applications. Josh remains dedicated to defending clients. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail and leaves no stone unturned when preparing a defence.

Josh approaches every case with a deep understanding of the law, a strategic mindset and an unwavering commitment to protecting the rights of his clients. He received his JD from Western University and a Master of Music degree from McGill University majoring in piano studies. When not studying law, he can be found continually mastering his piano skills, jogging, and spending time with family and friends.
